We want you to love your tote bag. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept free returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Returns requested between 15–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thattotebag.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Please note: items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or color, please complete a return and place a new order.
